Are you eager to apply your skills to tackle the climate crisis? Are you a native or fluent in German and English and ready for an exciting opportunity at a rapidly growing climate-tech startup?

Kausal is looking for a trainee (4 to 6 months) to work as our climate plan implementation partner. Your task is to find and contact cities that are ready to take their climate plan implementation seriously. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to continue work after the internship.

What you'll do

  • Monitor online news feeds and digital channels to identify potential clients
  • Participate in online seminars and sales meetings
  • Research and gather prospect contact information online, supplemented by phone outreach when needed
  • Schedule initial consultations and meetings
  • Organize and maintain contact information in the company CRM system
  • Provide first-level support to clients you've helped acquire
  • Support marketing strategy development and implementation

We hope you

Pay, location and working hours

  • We pay a typical traineeship salary according to the Collective Agreement of the IT service sector.
  • The work is fully remote and based in Finland. If you happen to be around Helsinki, you can meet our team members live.
  • We are looking for a 40-100% time commitment during the traineeship starting as soon as you are available.
  • Working hours are flexible and can be fitted to your studies if needed.
